This project involves creating a poster for a horror movie centered around a man who becomes lost during a camping trip in the woods and encounters a hypnotic willow tree by a pond. To bring this story to life visually, I conducted thorough research to source stock images that would suit the narrative. After selecting two key photos, I utilized Photoshop to manipulate and blend them, laying the foundation for the poster’s design. In the next stage, I carefully considered typography, choosing and modifying a font that enhances the mood and message of the movie. This step was crucial in conveying the intended atmosphere and storyline effectively. Additionally, I developed a social media advertising campaign to promote the movie, ensuring that the design elements and messaging align seamlessly across various platforms. The campaign was designed to captivate audiences and generate interest in the film.
